Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon
Ingredients
- 6 strips Hahn’s Maple Bourbon Bacon, diced
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and sliced in half
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
- Salt & pepper to taste
Method

- Preheat oven to 400°F. On a lined baking sheet, placed cut Brussel sprouts and bacon.
- Add salt & pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup. Gently toss mixture until evenly coated.
- Roast for around 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy and Brussel sprouts are golden and cooked through.
