This superb DRY CURED BACON is hearty and full of flavor, using only the finest pork available. The unique, traditional taste is obtained by old fashioned dry curing with a mild sugar cane followed by a smoking method using only real hickory wood. We are a small artisan crafter, with age old traditions and recipes we preserve. Enjoy!

Cooking Instructions

Fry

Cook in skillet over low heat. Turn frequently allowing slices to brown evenly.

Bake

Place separated slices on rack in shallow pan. Place in pre-heated 375°F oven for 12 minutes until lightly browned. No turning required.

Microwave

Line microwave safe dish with 4 paper towels, layer bacon in a single layer, not touching and cover with 2 paper towels. Continue to layer, if cooking more bacon, making sure the top layer is covered with paper towels. Microwave on High for 3-4 minutes, adding 30 seconds at time to achieve desired crispiness.
