Maple Bourbon BLT Burger

Maple Bourbon Dry Rubbed Bacon BLT Burger

    Ingredients

    • 8 slices Hahn’s Maple Bourbon Dry Rubbed Bacon
    • 4 hamburger patties
    • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
    • 4 pieces lettuce
    • 4 pieces tomato
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • Mayo, to taste

    Method

    1
    1. Season patties with salt and pepper. Heat grill pan to high and cook patties until no longer pink on each side. Then add cheese to tops and let melt, around 1 minute.
    2. In a separate pan over medium-high heat, cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towel.
    3. Spread mayo on each hamburger bun. Top each with a patty, lettuce, tomato, and 2 slices of bacon. Enjoy!
