Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

    Ingredients

    • 6 strips Hahn’s Maple Bourbon Bacon, diced
    • 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and sliced in half
    • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoons maple syrup
    • Salt & pepper to taste

    Method

    1
    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. On a lined baking sheet, placed cut Brussel sprouts and bacon.
    2. Add salt & pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and maple syrup. Gently toss mixture until evenly coated.
    3. Roast for around 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy and Brussel sprouts are golden and cooked through.
