Maple Bourbon Dry Rubbed Bacon BLT Burger
Ingredients
- 8 slices Hahn’s Maple Bourbon Dry Rubbed Bacon
- 4 hamburger patties
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 4 pieces lettuce
- 4 pieces tomato
- 4 hamburger buns
- Mayo, to taste
Method

- Season patties with salt and pepper. Heat grill pan to high and cook patties until no longer pink on each side. Then add cheese to tops and let melt, around 1 minute.
- In a separate pan over medium-high heat, cook bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towel.
- Spread mayo on each hamburger bun. Top each with a patty, lettuce, tomato, and 2 slices of bacon. Enjoy!
